How does it work?
- Choose a package and select how many meals per day and days per week you’d like meals for.
- Complete the order form.
- We confirm your payment and delivery slot.
- Food is delivered to the best location for you (Home, Gym, Work)
- Eat and enjoy.
How long will it take to get my package?
We usually require 48 hours notice. For example, if you place an order on a Monday by 4pm, we will deliver it Wednesday, or, if an order is placed on the Friday by 4pm, we will deliver to you on the Sunday. We do occasionally have some delivery slots that come available, so let us know if you require an urgent delivery.
How many deliveries will I get?
If you order 10 meals for the week or more, we will deliver to you twice in that week. For orders of meals under this number, you will receive your meals in one delivery. For store instructions, please see below.
How do I store my meals?
In order to keep all your meals as delicious as the last, please store in the fridge and consume by the use by date. If you have received your meals in one order, we advise that you freeze your meals for the latter part of the week (4 days from the date of delivery) and defrost thoroughly prior to heating/ eating.
I would like to cancel. What do I do?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know. We operate a 24-hr cancellation policy, so if you’d like to cancel before your next due delivery, this must be done 24 hours prior to the delivery slot.
