The Gain Plan is designed for people wanting higher Calorie Meals and staying fuelled correctly. Thes programme features high carb,  high calorie meals with over 50g of protein per a meal, and balanced fats. This is a monthly plan based on 6 days a week for 4 weeks.

What you get:

  • Breakfast daily
  • 2 Gain ¬†meals a day
  • 1 snack daily
  • 2 deliveries a week

Calories are between 700-1000 per meal.
