  • You will be emailed a food diary and lifestyle questionnaire to be completed prior to your consultation
  • Consultations are approx 90 minutes long and are conducted via face to face meeting, Skype/Facebook video call, or phone call with our in-house Nutritionist

Basic Nutrition Consultation

  • Food diary and lifestyle questionnaire completed prior to your consultation
  • Basic assessment of macro and micro-nutrient adequacy
  • Discussion of diet and medical condition, intolerance or weight history
  • Analysis of foods, triggers and symptoms as applicable
  • Meal, snack and food ideas discussed and agreed at your consultation
  • Recommendations to optimise your current diet to meet your target or goals
  • Email support for up to 3 months after your consultation

Performance Nutrition Consultation

  • Food diary analysis and lifestyle questionnaire completed prior to your consultation
  • Full analysis of macro and micro-nutrient adequacy
  • Personalised printed report of your dietary analysis with recommendations to meet your requirements and objectives
  • Individualised nutritional requirements for day to day training provided
  • Basic body composition testing through non-evasive bio-electrical impedance and skin fold calipers (measure body fat at up to 7 different sites of the upper and lower body)
  • Meal, snack and food ideas discussed and agreed at your consultation
  • Individualised one day meal plan for a typical training day – discussed and constructed during your consultation
  • Strategies for fuelling pre, post and during training discussed
  • Recommendations to optimise your current diet to meet your target for sports and training or competitions
  • Individualised race day/competition day diet and hydration strategy (if applicable)
  • Email support for up to 3 months after consultation
